1. Who We Are

Bharat MVP helps Indian 🇮🇳 startups build and launch MVPs quickly and affordably. We offer MVP development, pitch decks, market research, and startup consultancy services.

2. Using Our Services

You must be 18+ to use our services.

No illegal, unethical, or scammy projects—we don’t do shady stuff.

Payments must be made before we start work. Late payments delay your MVP.

We work fast, but you need to communicate & provide details on time.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

You own your startup idea & brand. But we can showcase your project as our portfolio without any notice or permission sought.

We own our development frameworks, templates & tools— we reserve the right to use parts of the MVP - partially only. We know uniqueness matters so much, so don't worry much.

4. No Guarantees

We don’t promise instant success—MVPs are for testing & validation.

We build functional prototypes, not fully scaled apps (unless agreed separately).

5. Liability (aka "Don’t Sue Us, Bro")

We’re not responsible for any business losses, revenue drops, or legal issues arising from your MVP.

Bugs? We’ll fix them within reasonable limits based on your plan.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when needed. Keep checking this page for updates. We reserve to change Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. ChangeLog section will reflect these.
